President
Born in 1957 in Warsaw - Poland. In 1976 he escaped, through the Berlin Wall, from communist Poland to West Germany.  In West Berlin  his career began as a dish washer.  In 1978 he founded his first  company – printing factory.  In 1980 he closed the printing house and moved, for almost two years, to USA – Long  Island,  NY.
He attended different  management courses and  gained experience in modern management.  In 1982 he returned to Germany and took over the management of  plastics processing company HYDRO-PLAST. In 1988 he bought all shares of the company and 1989,  after the fall of communism in Poland, he moved the company to Poland. Hydro-Plast had a very strong position on the European plastics market ( heating and water supply sector) and sold his products worldwide. In  2007 he sold Hydro - Plast company. In 2008 he founded ATS Laboratory JSC in Poland and  2016 he established ATS WORLD WIDE LLC in Oklahoma City and is the majority shareholder.
Stan Malicki holds  master’s degree in economics and management.
Vice President, CEO
Richard Vince Howie has 32 years of experience in the aerospace industry spanning government at the federal, state and local level plus industry experience. Vince helped stand up ATS World Wide LLC early 2016 and is the Senior Vice President and CEO. He directs the activities to build ATS into a world recognized leader in airplane transporting systems revolutionizing the way planes move around airports.
Mr. Howie also became the Aerospace & Defense Director for the Oklahoma Department of Commerce in November 2013. He was recently appointed to the Oklahoma Strategic Military Planning Commission, the Oklahoma Governor
s Unmanned Aerospace Systems Council, Oklahoma F-35 Task Force, and serves on the Oklahoma Careers Pathways Sub-committee. Prior to this position Mr. Howie retired from the U.S. Air Force in April 2012 after 29 years of service. Mr. Howie is a former member of the Senior Executive Service (SES) as an equivalent to a Bridger General in the U.S. Air Force. He worked in the Pentagon, Air Mobility Command, and Tinker Air Force Base (AFB). His Air Force career began in August 1984 at the Oklahoma City Air Logistics Center, Tinker AFB.
Mr Howie has a Master
s of Science in National Resource Strategy from the National Defense University in Washington DC, a Masters of Arts in Management from Webster University, a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from University of Central Oklahoma, was a National Securities Study Management Fellow from Maxwell School of Business, Syracuse University, and Senior Professional Military Education from the Industrial College of the Armed Forces, National Defense University, Washington DC.

Don Arrowood

Mr. Don Arrowood has 14 years of Aerospace experience with a broad range of skills honed through both Government and Industry Experience. Don currently serves as the Chief Technical Officer (CTO) managing the engineering research, development and test of the ATS system, while providing key inputs for program cost and schedule management.
Mr. Arrowood was hired as the CTO due to his varied experience from managing acquisitions for multiple government aircraft, specifically his commercial derivative, acquisition, systems engineering, and civil engineering experience. He has worked as a lead systems engineer at Northrop Grumman grooming engineers to follow sound Systems Engineering processes and ensuring the programs are run smoothly due to continuous process improvement.
Prior to his work at Northrop, Mr. Arrowood spent 2 years working for The Boeing Company as the Lead Engineer for a commercial derivative ISR platform. He managed multiple contracts spanning $600M for modification of the platform to include engineering, production and test.
Additionally, Mr. Arrowood spent 12 years working for the United States Air Force in multiple roles to include Lead Engineer for the KC-10 platform, Lead Systems Engineer for the B-52 platform, System Safety Engineer, and Structural Design Engineer for the KC-135, and management of the Civil Engineering transformation of the F-100 engine maintenance lines. Mr. Arrowood’s focus has always been to ensure the most cost effective solution to ensure the user’s requirements.
Mr. Arrowood has a Master of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma, where he also completed his Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. His research focus was process improvement in structural design and repair with an emphasis on industrial engineering of composite material in aging aircraft. Mr. Arrowood has always focused on cross-pollinating engineering principles from one discipline to another. He plans to continue using his broad range of experiences to expedite the Research and Development of the ATS system.

Abby Pogorzelski

Abbigail Pogorzelski

Ms. Abbigail Pogorzelski has 11 years of Aerospace experience with a broad range of skills honed through federal government experience, spread across multiple aircraft platforms. Abbigail helped stand up ATS World Wide, LLC. in 2016 and currently serves as the Chief Operations Officer (COO) managing overall system effectiveness and ensures successful day-to-day operations of the business.
Ms. Pogorzelski
s Air Force career has taken her to Wright-Patterson Air Force Base (AFB), Vandenberg AFB and Tinker AFB where she has led Foreign Military Sales programs, stood up a new directorate, and led acquisition and sustainment programs for B-52, KC-10 and KC-135 aircraft fleets through team lead and management positions.  Ms. Pogorzelskis success has earned her multiple awards including Tanker Directorate Civilian of the Year in 2016.
Ms. Pogorzelski has a Master of Business Administration degree from the Florida International University and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Oklahoma.  She also completed Air Command and Staff College from Air University through the Air Force.
